does it taste like the real thing, not really but, it is semi similar in taste as far as the aftertaste goes and it definitely has the same texture. I feel like it needs more honey flavoring in it because the overall taste is that of the monk fruit extract itself.. Some people think monk fruit has no taste but, i personally disagree, i can taste this sweetener, it tastes like fruity sweetener, some brands it is lighter in taste and in some brands it is strong, strong monk taste is what i get in this keto honey.. Still 4 stars for its the closest keto honey sub to date that has clean ingredients and will work well for recipes that require honey in them.

This tastes just like honey! The jalapeno flavor does have a little kick, not a lot though, wish it was spicier. Zero net carbs AND zero sugar AND tastes great?? Worth the $15.
