    • A very nice balsamic.
At first I used this like a glaze, just poured a little over my salad. Too tart! I realized I was going to actually have to make a salad dressing! I used salt and pepper, some of this balsamic, and a little maple syrup, added olive oil and shook it up. It was delicious. My new favorite dressing.

This is the best vinegar I've ever purchased. Smooth flavor of Figs. Wonderful fresh taste. This vinegar is thin. For me… a favorite salad is tomatoes, avocado, olives and fresh mozzarella -- pour on olive oil and this savory fig balsamic vinegar. OMG. Divine! It is beautifully aged and flavorful. Love it!
