This is hands down, my favorite balsamic vinegar. It has a sweet, rich flavor that’s perfect over strawberries or tomatoes or grilled endive. It makes a fantastic vinaigrette, but can be used by itself on just about anything from sweet to savory dishes.

I have used and enjoyed the product, but failed to examine the label closely enough. The ingredient list lists only "cooked grape must and wine vinegar." BUT, this vinegar has a whopping 12 grams of sugar per tablespoon (that's nearly 3 tablespoons of sugar per table spoon of vinegar; quite a trick), with 10 of those 12 grams accountable to "added sugars." I do not know how a product can reveal 10 out of 12 grams of sugar as "added sugars" without listing sugar as an ingredient. I have written to the company to ask. I do know that many IGP Balsamic Vinegars have closer to 2 grams of sugar per tablespoon. I have decided to categorize this one as a balsamic flavored syrup in my personal files.
