Thank you for being family owned and operated. However, some people use vinegar to wash their fruits and vegetables so I would suggest that you use a food grade plastic container. Thanks keep up the high standards.

I recently was diagnosed with a severe corn allergy, and couldn’t believe all the products on the list of things I couldn’t have, including distilled white vinegar. I did some research and found this kosher product. it seems to be working well for me without side effects. I’m grateful when I can find products to make my corn free transition easier to bear. I had heard that this particular brand of white vinegar was better than Heinz so I thought I'd give it a try, and the word was "correct!" I love it, and love that it makes poached eggs well and delicious! I'm excited too to give it a try with my pickles!
