  • Good ingredients, tastes great
Good simple ingredients, tastes great. We eat this often. The 3 Cheese is great for adding your own toppings. The crust is really delicious, like warm bread sticks without the grease. Would recommend

  • High-quality pizza and a very good value
Overall, this is an excellent pizza, and it’s hard to find a better quality pizza at a grocery store. As someone who has tried virtually all store-bought pizzas, this is, in my opinion, the best one. There is always some variation because they are made by hand. Some are better than restaurant quality, while others are just slightly better than takeout. However, even at their worst, they are still way better than Pizza Hut or other fast-food-style pizzas. It’s a lot of food for the price, and it’s a great base for making your own pizza. I often like to add tomatoes before baking and fresh hydroponic basil after baking. The cheese melts well, the sauce is good, and the crust turns out crispy and flaky. It’s difficult to write a review on a handmade pizza because each one is always a little different, but regardless, they are always good quality and worth it. At this point, the only better pizza is a homemade pizza with high-quality ingredients. However, my homemade pizzas cost more than double the amount of this, and while the homemade is better, this is arguably a better buy given the value and the quality. This pizza is so large it barely fits in my full-sized oven. There are times it’s even touching the door. The only real issues I’ve experienced with this pizza are when they don’t bag it properly and it arrives warm. This is an item that needs to be refrigerated. I usually bake this pizza at 450 degrees on convection for around 6 to 7 minutes. Some cook faster than others depending on the stretch of the dough and the amount of mozzarella used. It varies from pizza to pizza. I would strongly suggest watching it and pulling it out shortly after the mozzarella begins to bubble. ... show more

  • Easy meal for the kids
This has freed my children from eating little Caesar’s cardboard pizza. Size is great, taste and texture are fantastic, it’s a thick cheese pizza. Easy to make, easy to buy, love having them on hand for lazy nights. If you’re struggling to get it in the oven, a little flour on your pizza shovel thing goes a long way! ... show more

  • The Best Pizza in Tampa Bay...and We Can’t Believe We're Saying That
We're from the Chicagoland area, so we take our pizza seriously. Finding anything comparable in the greater Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area has been a 6-year mission of mostly disappointment. We've tried dozens of local spots—some highly recommended, some part of familiar chains from up north—and every time someone says, “It’s just like home,” we give it a shot... and walk away let down. Which is why it feels almost ridiculous to admit this: our favorite pizza down here is from Whole Foods. Not kidding. Their fresh-made, wood-fired-style pizzas are the only ones we’ve come back to again and again. No, it’s not a Chicago deep dish, and no, it won’t replace your neighborhood spot from back home but it's the closest we’ve found in terms of flavor, crust texture, cheese quality, and overall satisfaction. The ingredient list is refreshingly clean and straightforward: real olive oil, sea salt, actual tomatoes and cheese and you can taste the difference. It's not flashy, just well-made pizza with quality ingredients that somehow scratches the itch for something that reminds us of home...plus they aren't greasy. People are always surprised when we tell them. Honestly? So are we. But here we are. If you’re a fellow Chicagoan or just picky about pizza, this might be the sleeper hit you didn’t expect. (They also make sausage, pepperoni and a kind of everything pizza). Surprised? We are but...worth it. ... show more

  • Delicious
Excellent pizza. Easy to heat and eat

  • Needs a lot of added ingredients to make it worthwhile eating.
The best part of this pizza is its large size and of course, the convenience of not having to wait for delivery. But to make it palatable, you should figure on adding quite a bit to it. Such as sauce, favorite toppings, extra cheese, etc. Otherwise, I found this to be very bland.

  • Awesome pizza!!
Always delicious whether cooked @home or buying the whole pizza cooked in store in their stone oven. LOVE!!

  • Excellent!
I always keep at least three of these in our freezer. They are THAT good. The crust is so nice and crackery yet still has some chew to it. (Could use a little more sauce, but hey, still great.) We add whatever we want to these (extra sauce, meat, extra cheese, veggies) and they're always so great. Whole Foods is hit or miss with their deli offerings, but this pizza is a home run. FYI: Keep your eye on it while it's baking. My oven bakes it perfectly with five minutes less than the directions. Enjoy! ... show more
