I’m a bit of a pizza, affection, auto and cook in a woodfired oven. I used to make my own homemade dough and this dough has a great complexity of flavor and is 95% is good as if I make it myself. I often choose to save time and effort. Set it out in a dough box for an hour or two to let it come to room temperature and further ferment before using. Also freezes well. My only complaint is the size of the portion which is bigger than what is typically used in a single 12 to 16 inch pizza and too small to split into two portions unless you want about 10 inch pizzas. ... show more

Ancient Grain Pizza dough is my favorite!! We love taste and texture, and thickness of each slice of pizza. It is definitely worth the cost.

Absolutely fantastic crust. Especially for high heat brick oven or outdoor on a pizza stone. Gets an amazing crispy finish with solid chewy on the inside.

Gives about 2 large pizzas. It’s easy to use and fold. Stretches well. Kept in a container in fridge for 48 hours, then rest and fold for about 8 hours before cooking. It’s decent, but a bit biscuity for some reason. Taste is fine, I havent had many ready doughs, but this is alright. Would get again. ... show more

I bought this thinking it would be healthy, but probably not as good as regular pizza dough, and it is now my favorite pizza dough ever. I've used it for my usual pesto/tomato pizza, but have also just baked it up with olive oil and salt. Both ways I let it rise for about an hour, bake at 400 for about 15 minutes. It rises beautifully, has a nutty, wheaty flavor and texture that is so much better than white bread. Very recommended! ... show more

It tasted good, a little dry but good. I like that it has ancient grains but compared to Traders Joes this is about 5x the price (even for the regular not ancient grain pizza dough) which feels kind of crazy because the Trader Joe's one is just as good if not better.
