So I have exceptionally flat feet due to a connective tissue disorder. Vans, converse, any flat skate shoe has been my only go-to for most of my life. And they work fine, no major complaints, but $80 for a pair of shoes to be middling in comfort, and meh on durability, and just okay on breathability is a bit much. Just needed something light, breezy, flat. These fit the bill exactly. You could roll them up. They are super lightweight but feel pretty quality. The bottoms are pretty grippy. And they are wiiiiide. Like if you find vans to be a little bit tight on width, dont get a wide, because these are likely made a bit wider by design, and getting the wide version is WIDE (but comfy). I wear a 13 in vans and find them snug, so I got a wide 13 in these, and they are roomy. Being a bit snug would be comfortable with these, being so flexible. Also, gym people - these would make excellent lifting shoes. I showed my PT buddy, he said they are a great option and being so breathable is a nice perk over options like nobull and the like. Only cons I can find so far: the laces are a bit cheap. They are pilling, little frayed from everyday use about a month in. No biggie, laces are easy. And avoid rain - they are essentially mesh - not really the fault of the manufacturer, just how it is, they wouldn’t be so comfy otherwise. Just a note. Hit them with a heavy layer of Scotchgard For Fabric and it will keep drizzle out, more or less.

Well i really like these shoes and based on another's review i went with 40 for mens 7.5 size, and wide. I have to say they are just as described. Must walk differently to avoid the heel strike. I've had vibram 5 fingers before....and found that feet sweated lots in those and by the end of the day feet were reeking. However with these i am able to wear socks and dont notice as much sweating as in the vibrams. I did come across some all black converse that were slightly used and seemed to fit well. however after 3 miles of walking developed a blister on top of toe and feet were tired of walking in them. I don't notice any blisters or soreness when using these shoes. I'd still break your feet in by alternating footwear if you are not use to NOT heel striking. but once you figure that out, these shoes you will absolutely love. great product, will buy again. i only put 3 stars on support as these shoes are not supposed to provide support. They are light weight, feel like wearing thick socks.

I love these shoes! Not only do I have VERY wide feet, but having contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (RMSF) back in 2017 left me with a lot of neuralgia in my legs and feet. I have a VERY hard time finding shoes that do not hurt my legs and feet. After much trial and error, I've discovered that minimalist shoes, or at least shoes with flat soles and no heels, work best for me. I recently bought these shoes and have worn them to work a few times where I have to walk a bit. They are AMAZING! It's the next best thing to being barefoot! I love the wide toe box and flat soles/heels! They're pretty lightweight and they look great! The shoelaces stay tied and the tongue doesn't slide to the side and look bad. These shoes are one of the best purchases I've made in a long time, especially for just a little over $40! Time will tell how durable they are. They just really work for me! I've also bought a brown pair that I can also wear to work and other functions. Give them a try... they just may work for you! :-)

I have very wide feet. New Balance EEEE width is always an option for me, to give you an idea of what I am trying to convey. These shoes fit, barely. Length is fine. They claim 42, which works for a US size 9. But the width is billed as wide, which is true. But just true. As such, shoes aren't much fun for me. The break-in period is always a nightmare. These shoes had effectively zero break-in time for me. When they describe this as a barefoot gym shoe, they mean it. It took a little adjustment to walk barefoot in shoes, but I don't see going back to regular shoes based on this shoe. I knew within about 15 minutes of walking. I gave support one star, but that is to my mind the score they're aiming for. They weigh practically nothing, so five stars on lightweight. The comfort is the only issue. The right shoe pinches just the slightest bit on my wider foot, but aside from that tiny issue they're a dream. So four stars for comfort. Four stars overall, which is about three stars higher than any other shoe I've worn. I'd buy these again.
