Really pleased with this purchase. I ordered and returned a smaller 24” eagle because it wasn’t large enough for the garage where this one will hang. This is solid and a nice heavy piece. The finish is really good and the detail is excellent. It is 36” wide and comes in three pieces. You simply attach the two wings to the body with the provided screws. Two nice hanger loops are also provided and are integrated into the two outer wing screws. The assembly is easy, the screws fit perfectly and are easily tightened down flush. I bought this eagle because it represents freedom. When place on a house it represents free of mortgage. My husband drilled a hole on each wing so we could be secure to our house withstand the weather in the Midwest. It is esctky what I was looking for and craftsmanship is super nice. the 36" size was perfect for what I wanted. The details on this thing are incredible, way more than I'd expect for something like this. It actually looked too good to put at the top of the house, I put it in the garage where the details can be appreciated much better. It comes in 3 pieces, and screws together with 2 screws on each wing, two of which have eyehooks for your own screws. It would be nice if the eagle was flat on the back, but it still mounts very stately with a very nice 3D effect. The black finish comes off if you're not careful with it, but it seems sturdy enough. Looks handsome above our garage doors. Love the 3D effect. We did opt to drill a little hole in each wing to screw it into the siding. I would definitely suggest doing that. As strong as it is, the drill bit went super easy into the metal.

IF THIS EAGLE IS ONLY 11 INCHES HIGH I WILL SNORT SOME CHILI PEPPER. TRY 22 INCHES HIGH! SCREWED MY WHOLE PLACEMENT UP. IF NOT FOR THE QUALITY IT WOULD OF BEEN A RETURN. PLEASE CORRECT THE DIMENSIONS YOU HAVE IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION SO OTHER'S DON'T GET BENT!
