  • VERY NICE NON-TOXIC ACRYLIC WHITE MARKERS
Number of Items: 8
These markers arrived in their own little box. Inside, a little divider separates the four larger pens from the four smaller pens so that when you remove one or two they don't all fall into each other making it difficult to put the ones you're using back in the box. Seems silly to note, but it's a really nice thoughtful option on the box. We've used others which don't have this option and it can be a struggle to work them all back upright to fit one back in. The set comes with instructions (with images), both on a business card sized card and also printed directly onto each pen (in tiny font). They are easy to prime. Simply shake well, push the pen tip against a surface (like scrap paper) or your finger several times to saturate some of the paint into the tip and be careful not to prime too much or it can drip from the tip and create a mess. We like that they have a mixing ball inside each pen that mixes the pigment inside very well as you shake it. The caps click shut nicely too letting you know they are securely sealed to protect them from drying out They write well on wood, paper products, and even glass. I used them to touch up tiny chips on our white cabinets, and it worked well on that project. You get four each in fine and bold tip sizes. Overall great pens at a wonderful price. ... show more

  • Easy to use, no smell emitted, dries fast without color fading
Number of Items: 8
A great set of 8 white paint markers, coming in two sizes, 4 thin and 4 thick. I bought these to make chalkboard signs, small ornaments, as well as color garage sale signs on black poster board. Both size markers are super easy to use. I just pulled one out of the box and shook it until I could hear the ball inside moving around completely freely, then pressed it down for a few seconds, lift and press down again for another few seconds until the paint started to flow to the tip. Then ran the marker on a spare piece of paper until the paint ran cleanly like an ink pen and didn’t lay down too much paint. After that process, it was as easy to use as writing with an ink pen (the smaller one) or drawing with a sharpie (the larger one). I practiced on a spare box and made some dots as well as wrote a simple message with both sizes to demonstrate the size each marker makes. Both marker sizes were super easy to write and draw with, the ink expelled evenly and with ease, and the paint dried quickly without color fading. Also, there was no noticeable smell emitted from these markers. I would recommend these markers and would buy them again, hoping to find them in other colors. ... show more

  • Nice paint pens

There really isn't much to say about a good paint pen. They write well, flow easily, and paint is legible on many surfaces.

  • Great for marking any dark object
Number of Items: 8
I like these much better than the standard permanent markers for marking most object. These markers provide a bright white mark that does not fade when it dries. It is much easier to see on many objects compared with black markers. I still use black markers for marking light colored items.

  • Works for metal yard plaques
Number of Items: 8
I purchased these markers because I wanted to label a number of "special" plants in my yard and didn't want the writing on the plaques to fade; these acrylic markers clearly solve that problem and work well on the dark plaques I'm using. Pens are easy to use; instructions on each pen (visual and in small font) direct you to shake the pen thoroughly (you hear the paint ball helping with mixing), prime the pen (easy suppressing the tip until paint begins to come out), and then beginning to write. Caps secure tightly when finished. The markers write write clearly, and it's great that this box contains both 3mm and 0.7mm fine tips for various applications. Paint dries pretty quickly and has stayed well so far; hopefully that continues as plaques will ultimately winter outside. Overall, they're a nice product and easy to use. ... show more

  • A beginner to acrylic pens, but these seem good
Number of Items: 8
I have never used acrylic paint in a marker. I am so glad I picked up this set. They are MUCH easier to use than a thin paint brush for precise lining. I much prefer the fine tip pen as it seems to give the best control and I can thicken the line if I need to by applying a second/third paint line. I don’t feel like I have that good of control over the thicker tip. Also, the paint seemed messier from the medium tip, almost runny. I am glad I did a practice run on scrap paper before actually applying it to my project. I am interested in getting some colored acrylic markers next. Since these are so easy to use, I somehow feel like I am cheating. I would recommend these acrylic markers for anyone wanting more precise control over their highlighting. ... show more

  • Nice set of white paint markers
Number of Items: 8
A girl (who likes to write, draw and color on dark paper) can never have enough white paint markers, right? Here's what I really like about this set: Both tips show up well on black paper, with the fine tip being super opaque on the first pass through. The bolder round tip lays down fairly opaquely on the first try, but I prefer to go over it twice because I like my white markers to show up very boldly The fine tip works really well for writing and outlining The bold rounded tip isn't too bold and fat. I can still write with it. There is no spitting from either of these pens The instructions for using them are printed on each marker. I think these pens are a good value for the price when compared to the competition. I think they work as well as the name brands that cost more. The only thing I think is missing from this set of pens is a reusable plastic case. ... show more

  • writes good, paint is a bit runny.
Number of Items: 8
I used these to highlight raised lettering on several pieces of equipment I have. The paint flows easily out from the pen to the nib when you press the nib against something, moving the nib into the pen. The paint is a bit runny, even after a good long period of shaking the pen. I found that if I would write a short amount, then flick the pen, I would clean off excess paint, saving myself the trouble of having a surprise drip. The first time I did have a surprise drip, I was able to clean the excess off easily with a clean cloth, but I had to do it quickly, before it had time to dry. The paint has stuck to the plastic very well so far, and makes a huge difference on how easy it is to see the lettering. ... show more
