I was sitting down looking at my kitchen when I realized my counter by my sink looked kind of messy. I had one type of dish soap out and another kind of hand soap in their orginal plastic containers. I saw the Brighter Barns set and the ratings were high, so I thought why not. I couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent and the pumps on both of mine work great, although I do not have super thick soaps in either one. I actually like using the dish soap one much better than the plastic bottle I had, because the top would always gunk up and the soap would not always come out so good. That no longer happens with this pump. I'm attaching a picture so you can see how nice they look. Really elevated the look by my sink. Also the dish they sit on has these rubber feet, so it doesn't slide around. Excellent buy!

I love the look these dispensers. Came well packaged & stores on a nice matching tray. Been using them for a few months & they are holding up well; no issues. I really like that the hand soap & dish soap labels are printed on the bottle & not on a label that adheres to surface. Good quality.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this set of dispensers! They look and feel luxurious which truly elevates my kitchen. I had an issue with one of the pumps leaking, so I decided to reach out to the company’s customer service team. The lady that helped me, Joan, could not have been nicer and more helpful. She immediately sent me not only the replacement pump, but a whole entire new set! My customer service experience was excellent! I recommend this product to everyone!

This set looks great in our kitchen. The dispensers do not wobble when used and contents can be accessed with one hand. ONE pump push delivers a perfect amount. The base is also white glass and is the perfect size for setting on the sink rim; it has 4 small rubber “dots” on the bottom corners so it does not move. I had seen a set that had a bamboo tray ; I thought it might get wet and mold so I definitely appreciate this one ( no worries). When we ordered the set we hoped that glass didn’t seem fragile or slippery and it doesn’t; pieces are sturdy, don’t seem fragile, and are not slippery. Our former plastic dispensers wobbled and tilted when attempted one hand use; these do not .The pumps work great and are sturdy and made well. Also the squirt spout is long enough to to dispense right into the sink w/o needing to pick up and do the same if just hold a pot of glass under spout.. the Gold pumps are beautiful. Youn won't be sorry; quality set

These dispensers look so good on my counter — clean, simple, and definitely an upgrade from the random store bottles I had before. The glass feels sturdy and the labels are cute. The only downside? The pump can be a little stubborn at first. It works fine once you get it going, but it definitely needed a few “motivational pushes” before it cooperated. Still really pretty and functional — just expect a tiny warm-up period from the pump.

These look very high quality and classy - so much better than having cheap, disposal plastic pumps on your counter like a gas station bathroom. The included funnel makes them easy to refill as well. I haven't had this too long but it feels like it will last a very long time (which can be hard to find on Amazon). I highly recommend if you need something that looks nice and feels like high quality.

I reached out to customer service and they were extremely quick to respond. I only asked for a pump replacement but they sent an entire bottle replacement within a week
