I liked the look , the assembling was easy, I was very careful not to press on the cables that go inside the long tube while putting the handles together. I took my time to get it done , I didn't rush the process and was very easy only had to do it once and it worked perfect. I love my scooter. I got the one that only goes 15 miles speed, and it does. The range is 15 miles distance average, I have done usually only 5 miles each trip so yeah the battery lasts about 10- 15 miles depending on the terrain, your weight, and use of lighting or not. . If there are slops then it uses more energy. If you ride at night, the bright safety lights use more energy so obviously is going to use battery energy. I have had no problems at all in the time I have had it which is about 3 months. I recommend it for quick short rides. One thing I wish it was possible is to be able to have 2 batteries and exchange them so that you dont get stranded. But this one has the motor and battery sealed, so you have to calculate the distance and time you will need to use it. I only have to go to work like one mile from home so for me it just perfect. I had done several errands with one charge of the battery around the small town I live in at the moment. I highly recommend this scooter brand. It is awesome for taking it to the park and just have fun ridding it. It has an alarm , and it works well , a code to lock it, of course I have a chain too. Get it! If you need more distance I think they sell one with longer range and speed to a higher price. Hope this helps. ... show more

I was really happy with this purchase for a month of use, it was given as a Christmas present. The lock code mechanism is great, but the battery has some definite issues. We were very careful not to leave it on the charger after the completed charge light came on. This scooter has very low mileage per charge…that is, it does not go far on a charge. Further, the back wheel tube popped after gentle flat street use with no punctures to the outside tire. THIS IS A PAIN!!! The only way to install a new tube for the back tire is to rip off the reflective wheel stickers so you can get at the bolts that hold the wheel on. Then, it’s a process as there are screws to navigate and electronic connections to disengage and reengage once the tire tube is changed. I emailed customer service as well and have not heard back. Super disappointing!! Really wanted to like this scooter! ... show more

This is a well built scooter! All parts and materials are of good quality. It has excellent battery life and range. I'm just under 6 feet tall and the handlebar height is perfect for me. I can be 5 inches taller or shorter and still be the right height. I like the 8.5-inch wheels and the ground clearance they provide. Unlike my old scooter, I can easily push it through a doorway without dragging the frame over the threshold. This scooter doesn't have turn signals are a nice safety addition, and the headlights are bright. The brakes are smooth! I can slow down slowly or very quickly without doing any gripping. I love the balance, control and acceleration that front-wheel drive brings. The scooter is fast and responsive. The wheels and rear suspension provide a really smooth ride. My top speed (downhill) is max speed 15mph. That's more than enough...I don't want to race, so it's a nice, fast cruising speed. The build is solid and the ride is smooth. So far I've barely had any impact on the battery while out and about. I've been driving it for a while and love it! ... show more
