    • Don't be dumb like me
Great value in my opinion. They seem like solid enough wrenches. Just don't be dumb like me and overtorque the smallest ones immediately and cause them to snap. Not a huge deal considering I can file it down and keep using it, but boy I sure feel dumb.

The Allen wrenches are OK. They are not made of the toughest steel. The long ends seem to round off like disposable allens. The handles are comfortable and allow good torque. The storage rack is trouble some. You have to pull out a wrench or two from the back row in order to pull out a wrench from the front row. ... show more

You should know right away that these are not automotive grade tools. These are designed for gun-smithing and similar lighter-duty work. I use them on electronics as well as archery equipment and that sort of thing. The QC could be a little better as some of the smaller wrenches are slightly bent right out of the box.     • Does just about everything I needed it to
Bought it because I got a BMW motorcycle and seems like everything on there needs a long torx or metric Allan. This set is more than adequate for all the normal maintenance items you might do. They seem well made and have handled way more than they are meant to and lock into the fastener well. The only thing that they couldn't handle was the extra special thread locker that BMW puts on their suspension components. If you are using the long end on the bolt and using a cheater bar to get more torque on it you will likely break the ball off if the bolt doesn't yield, luckily you can just cut it and have a normal Allan end. But, if you use them like they are meant to be used then you aren't going to break them. ... show more

    • Poor design, not durable
I expected more from Wheeler. Instead of well.made tools, this set is brittle and poorly made. I've already snapped two of the keys merely hand tightening screws. They're simply not built to be used as intended. I've now had to use a screw extractor on two separate, specialty screws because the metal snapped and left a bit inside the screw. Not only do I now have two useless (and the most often used) keys, but I've had to try and replace screws by contacting manufacturers (the screws aren't the type I can just pick up at the local hardware store) In addition to poor quality tools, the set up on this is terrible. The back row blocks the front row, so you have to pull the back row key out to get to a front row key. I'm really sad I wasted money on this.
