Sadly I'm in a wheelchair all day (sciatica and spinal stenosis). Was hoping for a bit of support and cushion. Felt some difference on the first day but after that I don't even feel like I'm sitting on any cushion, feels just as hard as before.

I ordered this wheelchair seat cushion for my mother’s long sitting sessions, and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. The cooling gel layer really helps in the summer, never cold, but it definitely cuts down on heat buildup. It’s far more comfortable and holds up longer than her old foam cushion. The slope edge front is a smart touch. That gentle forward angle takes pressure off her thighs and helps with circulation, which makes a big difference when she’s seated for hours. The non-slip bottom works exactly as advertised. Once it’s in place, it stays put, no sliding during transfers or repositioning. The 18" × 16" × 3" size fits her wheelchair perfectly. It’s not a medical-grade pressure cushion, but for her daily comfort and real pressure relief, it’s been wonderful. The build feels solid, and it’s already made her long days in the chair so much easier. I do wish it were a bit thicker and cushier, but like any foam cushion, it will naturally soften and break in over time.

I absolutely love this seat cushion! It's form fitting but firm and just the right amount of firm that it doesn't go flat. I bruised my tailbone a couple of years ago. I went through physical therapy, but I still can't sit on anything without my tailbone hurting so bad and crippling me when I try to stand up. I have tried quite a few different pillows and different cushions(pictured). None of them compare to this cushion. I can sit on this cushion for hours and have no tailbone pain. I have been using this cushion every day for exactly seven days today. It has went with me to my recliner, to my car for many hours of driving (making deliveries), and in my craft chair. Let's just say my tailbone is in love, lol. I definitely recommend
