I purchased this bean bag to have an alternative sitting option. It arrived quickly as always and was easy to open. It expanded quickly but I don't think it ever reached its full size. I waited 24 hours before using it but I also noticed a chemical smell immediately. After 24hrs I tested it out and just couldn't get comfortable. To sit on it was awkward and I sank way too low. It was a struggle to get up everytime. Because of the smell I placed a sheet over it. I tested it out for about a week straight here and there. I really wanted to love it but I just couldn't get past the smell. It was too strong. After about a week I couldn't take it anymore and sought out ways to return the item. I finally messaged in to Amazon to ask how I could send it back. This chair was HUGE and the UPS stores wouldn't take it fully blown out. The agent offered to send out a van to pick it up. I ordered this because the ad said inner liner and exterior separate. NOT true. Now, after taking out of the vacuum pack, not sure how I am going to return it.
