These lights do NOT come with lightbulbs, I have never installed headlights and was able to install them myself. Def not technical or mechanical in the least bit, I installed them THEN realized they didn't come with the bulbs. Luckily the bulbs still worked on the old headlights. Horrible I wouldn’t buy. The turn signal never flashed all it did was stay on and melt the bulb in the housing
