Overall this is a solid product for the price, and you really can’t beat it. I compared its tracking to my Apple Watch, and it seems fairly accurate. One thing I really enjoy about the smart ring is that I can wear it while sleeping to track my sleep metrics—something I’ve never been able to do with the Apple Watch because of its poor battery life. The app is simple and works surprisingly well. With third-party apps, I sometimes worry about poor design, but this one is solid. I am docking one star for the gesture controls, which are almost useless. I set it to double tap to skip a track, but it’s so sensitive that it skips with even a small hand movement. If anyone has tips on making this feature work properly, I’d appreciate it. Battery life is strong, giving me multiple days of tracking, and the ring is comfortable enough for daily wear. The only downside is that it’s a bit thick, so you can feel it between your fingers. I have to remove it when playing softball because I feel it when holding a bat, unlike my wedding ring. In regards to this, I think if they redesigned the ring with rounded edges instead of the more pronounced ones it currently has, it would definitely improve comfort in this situation. Overall, it’s a great product, and you won’t find anything else in this price range that delivers the same features.

i like this kind of technology that constantly monitors your system and gives you the data instantly in the app. it has a nice finish and its shiny design makes it look quite nice as a piece of jewelry. the battery is durable enough and the charging case looks great and protects it when traveling. a perfect mix of practicality and innovation.
