I received my sponge holder and was very pleased after assembly. You do have to put it together and the instructions were not clear. I had extra pieces that did not show in the section of what parts were included, so that was a bummer, but it was not critical to the assembly of this product. It was much bigger than I anticipated, but I was happy about that as I was able to add all my kitchen products to this and freed up space! Would definitely recommend this product!! ... show more

The screw for the towel holder is not long and wide enough. It’s like the hole for the pole was stripped. It just keeps turning (can’t be tightened) and the towel holder doesn’t stay up.
