Surprisingly received "Wet N Wild Bare Focus Clarifying Finishing Powder | Matte | Pressed Setting Powder Medium-Tan" within 2-business days of purchase. Packaging was a little sketchy with just a plastic cellophane wrap and plastic mailer. Arrived with a hairline crack, but in tact, phew! I AM no makeup artist, merely like what I like (simplicity is the order of the day). I have no wrinkes, no fine lines nor any facial discolorations. In fairness, skin is contributed to genetics, a healthy lifestyle and moderate exercise. Only apply makeup occasionally, do not wear daily. I found myself toying with the application and technical installation, by mixing colors to achieve the desired results... but the outcome was Gorgeous! I used a densed powder brush to apply the Wet N Wild bare focus clarifying matte finishing "pressed" powder to set over my Wet N Wild photo focus pressed powder, deep tan (Target). This combination left my skin looking flawless with hints of glowy shimmer. Because of the transit damage, one star removed. I would recommend if in a pinch. Otherwise, it's recommended to traffic to a nearby drug store to witness firsthand product integrity. I pray the above-mentioned was helpful I'm potential decision making. **Update: PLEASE NOTE, his is a solid "pressed" or "compact" powder; is NOT "loose" or finely "milled" powder. This pressed power is PERFECT for beginners! I thought it was initially gonna be too light, but it ended up being a perfect matte powder. Apply it with a brush or powder puff. (I use a brush and lightly tap it under my eyes and cheeks, almost like an inverted triangle, then I brush the off excess.) I only use concealer on a normal day, since my skin is somewhat clear, but this powder had my skin looking smooth clear and BLURRED TO PERFECTION!!😍

Every time I use this powder I am still left in disbelief on how amazing it works. It works like magic. My skin is left looking smooth and bright; my makeup stays in place and does not move around at all throughout the day. I’ve never had a problem with this powder and I was never let down. It performs like a high end powder. And it is so worth it for the price.

I like to think of myself as a make up connoisseur over several decades, I’ve learned which products work, which don’t and of course you change and touchup as the years go by. There are some primers that are amazing some that aren’t (the glass correct primer base that’s in a yellow bottle was horrible on my skin but the beauty about these products if you buy something and it doesn’t work there, so inexpensive you don’t feel like you’ve been )some blurs that the cheapest brands work 100xs better as the more expensive ones , but the best thing about the wet and wild brand is year for the most part getting quality items and not spending ridiculously high price is that you don’t need to …this translucent powder is one of the best powders I’ve ever used no matter what brand of moisturizer, primer, blur, foundation, (stick, cream, powder or liquid)— it really adds a very thin layer of perfection on your make up. Ive had my make up done by professional artists a few times over the years and I’ll never forget one of them telling me you don’t have to spend and buy the most expensive products out there just play around find what works and stay with it.. my make up cases are filled with Revlon, Maybelline, Neutrogena, Cover FX, Elf, NYX, Cover Girl, Laura Geller, Lancôme, Tatcha(The silk canvas is a higher priced primer, but between that and Maybelline’s baby skin, you can’t find a better blur or on your skin-especially after they discontinued the Garnier blur .)Joah, Magic Minerals spray primer-foundation-setting mist(definitely on the pricey end, but you will get a professional looking job with them too)…. The thing is it’s fun to test different products and different products will give you different looks etc. , but out of all the products I have I will always use the WET and WILD finishing powder. It works with anything.!!!! I hope they never discontinued this brand! Thank you for giving us an affordable wonderful product!

This is pretty good powder that gives an airspun finish, but it's a rather flimsy compact. Using a brush, it also comes loose rather more easily then other powders. So you have to be careful not to get too much.

It covers, but I notice that it definitely doesn't last on my oily skin. Have to reapply more often then usual but a great cheaper alternative to those high end brands.
