  • Nice 👍🏾
Style: 296 Watt Hours
I had to use this when I hit hard times and lived in my truck with my dogs. The battery drains pretty quick with real life use but it kept my phone and tablet charged up for maybe 2 days max before needing a charge so for campers or hunters or mobile vlogers or full time RVers I would recommend it as a backup only. Don’t put complete trust in it. But the light works great! It’s basically a fancy flashlight. A small solar powerbank for $35 will do the same job. So like I said if you’re seriously a mobile citizen like me at times use it as your backup only. ... show more

  • Did not work when the power went out and I needed it most
Style: 296 Watt Hours
The power goes out on my road several times a year. Last year I almost froze to death in my home so I purchased this. I had had a Stanley Fatmax but the last time I plugged a fan in it blew up and I could never get the support number to answer the phone so I decided on this. First of all, the directions assume you know what they are talking about and the videos tell you how great it is but they don't tell you the basics--like how to turn it on??? There are 2 outlets. It doesn't give you examples of what you can plug in. You are supposed to know the wattage of all your appliances, apparently. I charged it up, and the first time the power went out, it was daylight and I didn't need it so I didn't try it. I recharged it 3 months later (August 1 of this year) and put it back in the box. Two days ago the power went out again. It was a dark, drizzly day, so I decided to plug in a lamp and read a book. There is no on/off switch. I plugged in the lamp and nothing happened. There is a button above the outlets and also above the DC current outlets which you can push, so I pushed the one above the outlets, but no light went on or anything. How do you even know if it's on? Nothing happened. I started getting upset because after last year when my house was 32 degrees and I thought I would die, I told myself I had to be more prepared. I cannot afford a house generator and have nobody to help me install it or anything. I started crying, thinking that, as usual, everything I try to do turns out like this. I turned the headlight on and nothing happened. Five hours later the power finally came on. I plugged the unit in and watched it charge up fully. A little while later, before putting it back in the box, I decided to use it to charge my phone, and after a half hour I went to get my phone and it had never charged. I started looking for an on/off switch again, wondering what was going on. I pushed the headlight button. NOTHING HAPPENED. I feel completely betrayed. I have no idea if I will get my money back or what to do. I can't work any more because I got sick 2 years ago, and I am on Social Security, which pays my monthly bills and that's it. I used my savings to buy this thing. ... show more

  • Totally Useless. Buyer Beware!!
Style: 296 Watt Hours
Just received it yesterday. Charged it overnight. Used it to charge my phone and hearing aids. Worked great. Tried it on CPAP machine. Works well -- registers only 3-10 watts. Should get 4-5 nights use for CPAP on a single charge. Looks perfect for my anticipated uses -- camping and backup during power outages. Will update review after a three week camping trip later this month. Disappointing!!! Minimal usefulness during a four week camping trip. After a full charge, it operated my CPAP machine (humidity off, meter showing about 4 watts) for only 4hr 40min. Wasn't able to use this for anything but charging hearing aids and a phone -- 3 hrs of charging at 4.5 watts for 3 nights. This does NOT hold 296 Wh!!! It stops working when the meter shows 3 bars. Re-charges with solar in about 4 hours. But doesn't hold enough power to be useful for what I needed. Will contact seller/manufacturer and update review. UPDATE: After a few days use, charging each day, the battery has gone from bad to useless! Doesn't store enough power to charge even my cell phone at 4 watts. Westinghouse informed me that I have no warranty because the Amazon seller was not an authorized distributor even though it looked like I was buying from Amazon, which is an authorized distributor. BEWARE who you buy from. TOTALLY DECEPTIVE!!! Westinghouse does not stand by their products and their products are not both the plastic they're made of. Will update review after contacting Amazon. ... show more

  • Did not work. Received a replacement under Warranty

We bought it to use it during emergency. When we needed to use it, it died after using it for 30 sec. We know it was fully charged. We contacted the Westinghouse. They provided a replacement after some back and forth.

  • WOW! What an awesome little charger!
Style: 296 Watt Hours
So I just came back from using this for a weekend at the race track and it was able to power all of my gadgets, cameras, GoPros, laptop, GPS, etc for 2 full days with the loss of 1 bar of power. It charges easily, is built extremely well, and is lightweight and small. Where has this thing been all of my life? ... show more
