    • Great little generator !
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
It’s easy to handle. Very easy to set up and use. Very Quiet. The instructions were easy to follow. It started up on one pull of the cord, It was so quiet I didn’t realize it had started on the first pull. This was purchased for traveling about . Nice and small and light. The price was excellent . Can’t wait for my next trip…***Update:update:update.*** Not very happy with their customer support been trying to order extra spare parts but unable to . Website they provide for parts ordering doesn’t work . Ordering form doesn’t recognize the part numbers that’s supplied in the manual . When called all you get is a tape recording to leave a callback number. But nobody calls back. I’ve tried locally to get parts but but can’t find other brands that cross match the original . The gen. Starts great right now but when it’s time to replace plugs, filters etc. then what. Growing up Westinghouse house was a well respected brand but now I don’t feel like they care about their customers . So do more research on this before buying. If this issue is resolved I’ll Re update this review. John M. ... show more

    • Product with affordable price and very efficient
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
Review Image by Adriana Rodríguez
It is a quiet and very practical generator. It weighs nothing and is easy to turn on. I was able to connect several household appliances at the same time. It worked very well with the refrigerator, giving the possibility of also connecting fans and lamps. I love this generator.

    • Powerful & Portable, But Minor Room for Improvement
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
The Westinghouse 1500W Inverter Generator impresses with its quiet operation and lightweight design, perfect for camping or backup power. The CO sensor adds peace of mind, and parallel capability boosts versatility. While the blue finish is sleek, runtime varies slightly under heavy loads. Overall, a reliable choice—4 stars for its balance of power and portability, minus one for minor efficiency quirks. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Sturdy and reliable
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
This generator is lightweight! 28 pounds! It came on with the first pull of the cord. I live in East Texas and plan on using it in the cooler months for camping when it's not 100 million degrees out there. It powers my CPAP and charges my phone and is SO QUIET! I'm in loooove. FIVE STARS!

    • Great Little Generator
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
This is exactly what I needed for all the different jobs I will be doing away from my house. It's lite weight and easy to carry. Starts well and easy to operate. Westinghouse is a brand that's been around for a long time. I trust this brand.

    • Dont do it
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
I bought the Westinghouse 1500 Peak Watt Generator expecting it to be a reliable unit for camping, and at first, it actually performed well. It started easily, ran smoothly, and handled light loads without any issues. For the short time it worked, I was genuinely satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. After roughly one season of very light use, around 20 total hours, the engine seized up completely. This was especially frustrating because I followed all recommended maintenance. I changed the oil after the break-in period, used high-quality synthetic oil, and always stored the generator indoors when it wasn’t in use. It was never abused or overworked. Given how carefully it was maintained and how little it was used, a failure this severe is hard to overlook. A generator like this should last significantly longer than 20 hours. ... show more

    • If you're using this in extreme temps, use synthetic oil, per the manual
Style: 1500 Watts - Gas Only
Thus far it's been just the initial setup (oil and gas) and a test run of 30 min, but the process couldn't have been easier. This was done at a temp of 19 degrees so i appreciate the fact that it started on the fourth pull (normal for the first startup). While i didn't put much of a load on the generator, a small lamp was used to successfully test the operation of the outlets. I did use Mobile One 5w30 synthetic oil rather than the oil provided due to the winter temperatures here in Michigan. ... show more
