It comes pre oiled so no need to add more. It’s a bit of a job to do on a Corvette but it was worth it. It has been a couple months and still runs quite. Half the price of the parts stores for new.

installed this compressor after the OEM compressor ate itself from lack of oil due to a previous owner using stop leak and clogging up the orifice tube. the entire a/c system was replaced except for one hose that is no longer available and it was cleaned very well. compressor runs nice and quiet can barely even tell when it cycles it's so quiet. would definitely buy again. ... show more
