I had initially anticipated only using this purse when I wanted to bring my Kindle with me, but I've been using it every day! The strap is wide, very sturdy, and adjustable in length. The purse doesn't look awkward when the strap length is smaller and a crossbody or longer and a crossbody. It's very secure to carry around, especially in a crowded place. The best part is that I have 2 iPhones (11 max pro & 14) for work and personal, and my Kindle, Chapstick, and car keys all fit comfortably into the large middle pocket. I ordered this purse as I wanted to get a new crossbody camera style purse with a guitar strap. At first I wasnt kin on the strap colors/design but in time I have learned to like it. I wanted a purse. I just wished your could pick the strap to go with the purse. The purse is durable, but a wee bit smaller than I thought. I can not really fit my wallet, phone, eye glasses in main compartment without smooshing my eyeglasses. I had hoped to put my eyeglasses in side pocket but fear they will get damaged. I like it to be easy access but I feel this purse is just a bit to small for all I do carry. It is great for light day use. It does fit my phone in side pockets which is a plus but there are times I have hard time getting it in. The interior is well made. The size of the purse is as expected. It fits everything I need and it’s not bulging out. However, this purse is not GRAY like the picture advertised. I would say it’s taupe (a gray-brown) and I was expecting a light gray. I’m disappointed in that. And it would be nice if the purse came with both the colorful and neutral strap so the person buying the product could decide for themself which strap to use. Maybe that’s just me. Perfect small cross body purse. It holds just enough without being bulky. I was able to fit my cell phone, wallet, lipsticks, gum and a compact plus my keys with a little room left over.

The layout, color and feel of the purse is great. The fact that it is rolled up and creased by the packaging is not. Packaging poorly done. Creases should NOT be in a NEW product.
