It is a beautiful purse. I like the way it looks and it looks like a well made purse. However, I bought it new and it was obviously previously owned. One of the pockets had items in it like used nail files (gross) and pens. It also smells bad. Pictures show items that were in the purse. I am returning and requesting a replacement because I really like the purse. Hopefully, the next one sent will be brand new and won't smell as bad. The color is great. The strap is the right length and adjustable for shoulder or crossbody carrying. However, the purse is smaller than expected. I have a normal size wallet but feel like I need to change to a smaller option to avoid bulkiness. The chemical smell is STRONG!! I noticed it upon opening the box before I even removed the plastic from the purse. I'm not sure how long it takes to go away as I've only had the bag for two days. ... show more

This is a great purse for me. It's a nice medium size, large enough to fit a prescription bottle, keys, everyday necessities with plenty of compartments, but not so big it looks like I'm carrying a tote bag or suitcase. It's elegant looking without being overly blingy or too plain. My only complaint is I think they forgot to put the little preservative packets in it (I didn't find any), so the purse showed up smelling on the inside like a combination of leather, chemicals and dead fish, quite strongly I might add! I got the brown color and it may be certain colors that have the odor. If you are familiar with Bradford Pear trees, they put on the most beautiful white blossoms in the spring that smell absolutely horrible. That is what this purse smells like. I aired it out for three full days and sprayed some perfume into the lining but it still stinks. Not as bad, but that smell is still there.
