When buying an outside light bulb security camera I bought the wrong one first. I did not realize I needed a dual wifi connection unit. My wifi is 5 G and the first one is 4 G. Amazon quickly allowed me a return and suggested this unit. I like it. PROs: small size - looks like a regular light bulb at first glance. It takes a micro san disk for memory (save money without their cloud service). Tracks human movement well, and with sound. CONs: instructions did not say how to insert the memory card (just played with it -sticks up slightly). Not waterproof at disk insertion site (covered it with duct tape being careful not to impeed movement). Instructions did not work for me. Just played with it until I could get it to work (plug it in near your phone and router to set it up, then install it outside). Update correction: previously I wrote that you can only watch a recorded video fully if you have "the cloud". This is not true. The unit is new and I am still learning. If you go to the storage setting, you can download it to your memory card. After that, you can watch the entire 2 minute video clip (if you selected the 120 second one during setup). Sorry for my mistake. These are not in the manual. Did I say that I REALLY like it only a few hours after connecting it? I do like it. ... show more

Let me start by saying, this camera is great. It's great value for what you pay. The night vision is NICE, the daytime vision is crystal clear, and it has a microphone. I got it because of my sketchy neighbor and it picks things up nicely. You have the option for an SD card or paying a monthly fee. I haven't tested the SD card function but for 3 months of cloud service, it's $10.99 which seems pretty fair, too. I will attach screenshots later on but I just want to say, that I will more than likely be adding another to the bunch. Possibly even a third, that's how much I like this camera. ... show more

Nice product light isn’t super bright but does a okay job. Camera is really clear disconnects at times for no reason but comes right back on.

This would make a great gate camera. Image is very good. It doesn’t blend in well so make sure to install in a place that has other lights to take attention off if it. It’s fairly quiet and responsive. It has several speed options for how fast you want it to pan as well as an auto pan option. I’m

Really like the size of this camera. The picture and video quality is pretty good for this price. Installation is pretty easy but you need to install an app for setting up a connection which is pretty common with any camera now days.. will recommend if you move a lot..

I searched around trying to find one of these bulb cameras that didn't require a cloud subscription. I wanted one with a SD/TF card slot and this fit the bill. Installed it on our front porch since we get a lot of deliveries and was curious if the human tracking would work and it did. It sent an alert to my cell phone via app when the delivery driver approached the porch. Couldn't be happier. Super simple to install and getting the app up and running was not an issue.
