My 16yo senior underweight kitty is as picky as they come. She'd prefer human grade chicken and tuna but is missing important nutrients. We have tried EVERYTHING and in the past couple years as she's gotten older, she's melted away to almost nothing. At her last vet visit, weight in at under 5#, I was told her to let her eat whatever she wants, as long as she puts on some healthy fat. I stumbled onto this package and OMG it's a winner! Kitty has risen to almost 10 pounds and DEVOURS this food. I also have three other cats (kittens - they're on kitten food) but they love licking the can clean. It's a hit with all of them. Pros: the portion size is just right for a single cat, it's a nice balance between "runny" and "brick", it does not smell vomit-like, and has a pop-top so you don't need a can opener. I've ordered over and over again and am joyous to have found something she loves to eat.

My cat doesn't love a lot of food, but she does love a few flavors in this pack. A few she will not even eat a bite of though, but that is not atypical of her in a variety pack. The can size is standard, but there is a lot of "gravy" in this. If she does like a flavor, I feel she can eat it up very quickly and it doesn't seem like there is as much food as some other brands that are not as liquidy. But I also know it's good for cats to have liquid, so if your cat doesn't like to drink water, this would be a good cat food.

My cat loves these! She has a sensitive stomach and tends to digest fish foods better, but loves beef. This is a very happy medium! This simple ingredient cat food is perfect for her, and she has been having pretty normal bowel movements for the first time in years. Fantastic food for cats with chicken allergies as well. The only issue for me would be the portion size, with 2.8 oz being a bit too small and 5.5 oz being a little too large (for reference my cat weights 10 lbs and eats the recommended 10 oz), but this is easy to work around.

Our very elderly cat had to have his remaining teeth removed. While he is still able to eat other kinds of canned food and even some dry kibble, he has shown a preference for these BFF gravy cans. Personally I think they look and smell disgusting, but he is cleaning his bowl and mealtimes and gaining back a little of the weight he has lost, so we'll stick with them.
