My cats really enjoy the variety of the Friskies brand. However, it's not the food I have an issue with. It is the handling of the product at the Amazon warehouse that is an issue. I had to throw away cans because they were so damaged that they were leaking. The outside box was in perfect condition. They placed an extremely damaged box into the shipping box. Just be aware that you may need to throw cans away in the trash, that you paid for and can't feed to your cats. ... show more

I decided to give Purina Friskies Gravy Wet Cat Food a shot for my feline companions, and while there were some positives, I can't say it's been a flawless experience. First, the positive side. The variety of flavors and the inclusion of gravy definitely caught my cats' attention. As soon as I popped open the cans, they came running with that unmistakable excitement that only a wet food aroma can trigger. Their initial reactions were pure delight, and I appreciated the convenience of having a range of flavors to rotate through. However, there were some concerning moments that emerged over time. While my cats enjoyed the flavors and texture, I noticed that occasionally they would throw up after consuming this food. It wasn't a frequent occurrence, but it happened enough to make me question the food's digestibility for some sensitive stomachs. On top of that, there were instances of watery diarrhea, which is never a pleasant experience for anyone involved. I wanted this to be a go-to option for a change from their regular dry kibble, but the sporadic digestive issues have given me pause. It's tough to pinpoint exactly what ingredient might be causing these reactions, but it's clear that this food might not be the best fit for all cats. As with any cat food, individual reactions can vary widely, so it's possible that others might not encounter the same issues.     • Good product, poor handling
The cat food arrived in a sturdy box, however, the original packaging was damaged, open, and several of the cans were damaged. It had clearly been dropped at one of the facilities. Most likely at the one in spent an entire day at while in transit.
