I was first given this by a dermatologist several years ago to clear up breakouts. I feel the "plus" is better suited for body/back while the lower AHA concentration (not plus) can be used for the face, with a slow build to ensure tolerance. It is non-comedogenic and instead, aids in skin-sloughing and sluggish cell turnover. Used regularly, it has kept skin my clear. Not as gentle as Alpha Hydrox The Original Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic Acid (4-ounces) which has been my go to for many years as a daily lotion. (Disappointed that this brand / size / option seems to be discontinued). This is not for daily use on your face if you have any severity of eczema. Great as an AHA to use on body. ... show more
