I had ordered this same Wera product exactly from a different Amazon supplier and it had a calibration certificate that was counterfit. Even the model number and Serial number did not match. Most people may ignore the certification paperwork. I am happy with this Original German Wera one I finally ended up with. I think Amazon removed the bad supplier when I looked back. Just read carefully the paperwork inside and test the wrench on a bolt in a vice first. The knock off counterfit one was defective and would sheer the head of the bolt off... ya, that defective! Proud owner of countless Wera tools for decades & this one doesn’t disappoint. Unlike another reviewer who said they received the A6 model, I received the A5 exactly as described in the listing (standard 1/4” head…not a hex head). I should point out that my seller was “Vera Tools” and at least they are solid. Built well & excellent case. Received the certificate of calibration dated March 26, 2024 (purchased Jan 2025). Mine tested at -0.4%, -0.8%, and +0.03%. Right on the money. (Advertised at +/- 4.0%) Everything seems authentic (compared to other genuine Wera tools purchased in the past). ... show more

Without a doubt, the quality of this torque set is very high. For majority of the application, I have really enjoyed using this torque wrench. My two biggest critiques in this set is that the socket attachments have large diameters combined with shorter length bits. I ended up scratching my brake calipers when mounting them onto my frame because of these factors. I ended up using adapters that I had from a different set to accomplish torquing those attachments down. Another example is that the bits are not long enough to fully seat with my frames through axle. This lack engagement resulted in me stripping in my through axel… Based on the price of this set, I expected that Wera would have accounted for this within the design. ... show more

tool could have been packaged better for shipping. especially being sent from europe to usa. the tool had damage from the socket bits rubbing against the wrench. very disappointed. will have to return. i don't normally buy expensive tools like this, but when i do, i expect it to be free of damage from shipping. i will have to buy this particular tool as a single part as opposed to the set with the sockets. ... show more
