These extensions are not only affordable, but they are also high quality!! The hair is so soft and shiny and easy to install. I have worn extensions for several years now and have had hair thinning because of it. I have switched to halo to help reduce the damage and I have finally found the perfect one! I have really thin, straight hair so these work great for me. They aren’t too thick and not heavy, they are straight but can be curled. I literally do my hair in less than 5 minutes and don’t have to hardly style it! I wear them everyday and love how natural they look and feel. I will 100% be recommending and also buying more in the future!

I ordered 14” 70g dark brown. The halo & accessories are packed well. I agree that the included hair clip is amazing. The hair itself is soft, in excellent condition and blended well with my hair. I included photos of each step I took of my 1st attempt. Now, I have a huge head (22” diameter) and I wondered about the one size fits all. I’m happy to say this isn’t an issue. The clear string is attached to hooks and you move the hooks to adjust sizing. Don’t worry about the halo coming unhooked and falling off! The hooks are shaped to prevent that & I even had to put my glasses on to unhook and to rehook. I sectioned my hair per instructions but because the top of my head is flat vs dome-shape, I ended up sectioning only my crown to better blend the clear string. I also opted to back comb the perimeter of my section (scalp only) so the combs on the halo would have a better grip because I have straight hair. The halo was easier to put on than I expected. I think practice and trying different techniques to “install” will be the key instead of trying to be perfect each time. I used “clear string” in my description because I think it’s important to note that the string is clear, not invisible. As you can see from my photos, unless you have a lot of hair at your crown or you have blonde hair, you will see the clear string. This is the only point I played around with the halo or my hair before taking photos. I’m not concerned because I’ve never met anyone that creeped me out because they were staring at the top of my head! Lastly, I included a photo of my haloed hair in a ponytail. This was my true test and the halo passed. It was a no brainer to give my purchase a 5-star review for a quality product at an affordable price.

I am in AWE! My last ‘halo’ style extensions were $300 and the quality was not nearly as nice as this. It’s a very natural extension so don’t expect massive volume: they’re thin and fine just like my hair type so I imagine you need that hair type for these to work. I can’t believe how well the color blends. I plan to trim layers Into it and curl when wearing so you would never be able to tell. I just put these in quick to show how well they blend without doing a thing!!! Amazing

There is only two reasons I did not give this a better review. I did not anticipate how much blonde was in this halo. That is my rooky mistake. However it was very very wavy. We had to recolor it to match my hair and when we did we found this real hair was very wavy and not straight as I wanted. It washed out frizzy and I could tell one end came from a different donor. We decided to make it curly as it would be a problem to keep it straight. For the length not as many grams as needed so needed another one to make it full. Curly and with some leave in conditioner it is really quite full and beautiful. I have worn it a couple of times. I plan to switch it out with others and not wear on a daily basis. It did have some short broken ends near the weft. I used the clip in's instead of halo as it is my shorter hair that did not blend well. Cutting it a couple inches or so makes it look thicker we found. So if you want straight remy hair I would go elsewhere. But it will hold curl very well no matter if you want beachy or spiral curls. Just know that most hair that says 20 inches is not all 20 inches. Also I have learned that it is the clips in extensions that give out so if yours isn't stitched in I would try in the holes for sewing them. You get an extra wire as they do break but with clips I think it gives you extra stability. Remy advertised hair is not always what it is cracked up to be and this industry is not regulated. But if you are on a budget and want real hair Amazon is just as good as any other place to buy them. The grams you can trust more. Just know the longer the hair the thinner it may be and you may need two as I did. We did a work around to make it work, we colored with professional help to get in the one chosen for the highlights a better color. The less you mess with them the better. That means heat. There is a cool iron now to not subject hair to heat. But we deep conditoned it and still came out frizzy. So came the leave in conditoner to the rescue and aragon oil also. That is my newbie learning experience. I hope this helps you to make your choice. I have had samples from the top companies and very disappointed in the amount of hair that is supposed to be used for a clip in. I do suggest the halos with clip ins unless your hair is as long as the hair you purchase as with halo's you blend into your real hair. Short hair can work but on a budget you may end up paying a professional and pay more for the item. I also suggest you go on youtube if a new to hair extensions. I like clips and halos etc. as easy and quick to do. For ponytails I love the jaw clip in's the best. For buns that is your choice. I have not used wigs. But I can say I do have now more hair and it looks real and very good with some adjustments. For curly hair go for it and buy two of them for enough hair or cut them to make them look fuller. To wash treat them as like they are silk. Don't get weft wet. And just run right shampoo from holding firmly below weft to ends. Rinse well and good to hang on the hair hangers for these. I would have given more stars but for newbie and all we had to do to make them look good this is what I gave for this brand. I have both synthetic and remy hair from Amazon. They offer alot of different vendors and styles. It all depends on what you are looking for.
