I needed to weld a part on an aluminum engine block. This worked and saved me from buying a $300 dollar spool gun. Expect a few jams as you dial it in. Keep the tip clean. It jams easy, but I was able to finish the job. It's a good alternative for the occasional user.

Fit my machine fine. Only time will tell how long it holds up. I've used Teflon liners in the past that were from Miller. They no longer make them for my older 135 machine. So this is my first time using another brand.

I have no idea how good this product works because it didn't fit the welder I bought I bought two of them and before I realized it didn't fit I was a big dummy and cut one of them to length OK no big deal I'll take the loss but Amazon told me to reach out to them in an attempt to return the one that was still perfect and in the package for a return they were absolutely no help they didn't even try to help they didn't even offer to help they just asked a couple questions and then said they had to go back to Amazon and have them take care of it they are a crappy company I would suggest do not buy anything from them if you want really piss poor customer service with zero help thank you have a nice day ... show more

Fits the Hobart Handler 175 with the quasi–Miller M15 gun. It's a Miller Gun but the end that goes into the machine is different than Miller. This is the right end for the Hobart application.

I bought this Welding City 194T-011 Teflon liner to use with .030 aluminum welding wire to make some small repair welds on a couple of aluminum parts. It was a perfect fit for the H10 MIG gun on my Hobart Handler 140. The gun has a 10-foot line and this liner comes in a 15-foot length, so was more than long enough. I trimmed it back to leave 3/4" from the end of the contact tip adapter. The Teflon liner material is self-lubricating and very flexible, even in colder temps. The Hobart .030 aluminum welding wire I used it with fed through it easily without binding, so overall I'm happy with its performance. ... show more
