The actual dimensions are 90mm Extension with a 17° Rise, just what I was looking for. The stem also fits a 26mm handlebar very well. See Pic's. I haven't tried a 25.4 bar, the stated size. I need to mount the bar and stem on a bike. I don't think the bar will slip. I'll use a small amount of Blue Locktite if it does. The quality looks good and it's fairly lightweight. So far it's a very nice stem!

Only giving 4 stars because I have not had a chance to take it off of any sweet jumps yet. It’s so light that I forgot how the handlebars were connected to my bike. I freaked out like my handlebars were magic or something, then I looked down and was like, “oh yeah! The new stem!” It’s that light. I was a bit disappointed that I don’t in fact own magic handlebars. Maybe I will find some here online.

Chrome stem and handle bar mount seemed fine but once it was tightened down the black expansion piece cracked in half down inside the frame releasing the handle bar to spin freely and pull right out of the goose neck on the very first ride. Dangerous and poor quality for that to happen.
