I like this so much more than a traditional to-do list because I’m often thinking of to-do items that I need to do on a specific day…like mail a letter on Wednesday and take the garbage tote down on Friday. I never knew I needed this. I grew up using sticky notes for to do lists. I put those things everywhere. Half the time I would stick them to things and they would fall off, resulting in me not completing tasks. With this book, I no longer have that issue. Yes, of course I can use tasks lists on my digital calendar and such, but I still need a unified location and hoping between work and personal computers that do not sync is not helpful. What I love about this book is as follows: Clear hard cover. Who knew that you needed this. The entire week is on one page. It has boxes for high, medium, low priorities. It limits the about of tasks you can do in a day, which in turn forces you to better plan your week. It has a notes section for free writing. Color is used to separate boxes. Itis thin and functional. It allows for good task tracking and integration into both my paper and digital calendars.
