TLDR; zero complaints, you cannot beat this price if you're looking for: not too flat/not too fluffy, warm but not suffocating, soft material, light weight, perfect size I couldn't figure out why I was always disappointed with how my bed looked. It NEVER looks as good as the pictures online. Finally figured out I needed and OVERSIZED duvet/insert. (Bought the oversize king) Took measurements before purchasing and the dimensions are exactly as described. I was worried it might touch the floor - as you can tell from the pictures I have little "bug catchers" on the bottom of the foot posts of the bed frame (we had bed bugs and I don't wish that on my worst enemy, truly) - and it doesn't! Yay! It's nice and soft, about 2 inches of fluff. Some reviews say it's flat and some say it's nice and fluffy so it's obviously subjective but you can't deny actual measurements (albeit girl math of measuring with your fingers). Honestly though unless you wanna pay an extra $50-100 this is the best fluff factor you're gonna get. No dirt or ripped seams found. I'm sure throwing this in the dryer on perm press (low heat) with a damp towel would get rid of the wrinkles but idc since it's going inside a duvet. I haven't slept under it yet but did a little 5 minute lay test: it's definitely warm right away. We live in the desert and energy is extremely costly so to many people's shock and horror we keep our 2 bed apt at a crisp 82/83 F until about November-April when it finally cools down to avoid paying more than $4-500 a month. The 5 min test even in 82 degree apartment wasn't too hot (I'm sure my boyfriend would feel differently) but I'll come back to this review tomorrow after sleeping under it sans duvet for a complete temperature review. This is not a good idea if you are looking for something thin. It is thicker than I thought it would be, but the comfort is great. I'm very cold-natured, and I'm plenty warm with this. It has a nice thickness if that is what you want.

So just bought this duvet to replace an old one, for a king bed. I wasnt sure about this duvet, based on price of $50.00. I knew I was going to buy a cover, so I thought I would spend more $$$ there and give this a try. I have to say I am very impressed with it!! Especially for the price for an oversized King. It is fluffy and light. Like a cloud with a VERY soft outer material. However, it is sort of thin. Not cheap thin but I recommend a cover, rather than a stand alone, if you are looking for longevity I think. It is amazing how warm but not too warm. Amazing for being so light in weight. If you like a weighted duvet, like goose down feel, this one is not for you. I did put a blanket over top which worked great! I love the soft fluffy feel and most of all the coverage on the sides of the bed is perfect. I wasn't sure with the oversizing, but I wanted to make sure it covered my mattress and it hangs perfectly on both sides. Just spent my first night under this wonderful duvet insert. Tied it into my cover and it fits perfectly and fees even better. I spent days looking for the right insert and none seemed to satisfy everyone. This one seemed different overall in its reviews (mostly positive). My goal was to find something comparable to the Anthropologie down alternative insert. This is a bit fluffier and thicker but just as good! I normally sleep with sheets, a weighted blanket and regular blanket but just this duvet insert with the cover kept my body temperature perfect all night and it felt like a cloud surrounding me. It’s fluffy and the perfect weight balance. Definitely will be looking into the Weekender brand for further bedding needs. We have a king size bed. I got a California king comforter (duvet insert) for a more “oversized look”. It is as pictured. Soft, fluffy. I stuck it in the dryer for 20 mins on low heat to try to “fluff” it more and maybe take some wrinkles out. Didn’t make much of a difference. Maybe should have left it in there a little longer. Size wise, I would say 102” x 96” is a stretch… literally. We had to stretch the comforter as far as we could to measure it at 102”. I’d say it will work out perfect inside the duvet. It has all the tabs so it will be stretched out to fit how i want it. If you’re using this just as a comforter (without using a duvet cover), I would definitely look for something bigger on width if you want it to hang over more. Hoping once I put it in the duvet cover, I will get the look I want. I am happy with my purchase over all. ... show more
