The pillow came compressed for shipping. Don't be frightened about the wrinkles after it is released. It took several weeks to look like the picture. I did not put it in the dryer to remedy. In the meantime it serves beautifully as a backrest against the wall of a bed without a headboard or against the arm of a couch to prop oneself up so you can put your legs up. I also like that it is not super big. I have the "small." It has a phone pocket on the side and the soft cover zipps off for washing. Good price for a convenient item.

I was wondering how they could ship such a big bed back support and I found that they used a vacuum bag. The package is not big and the weight is decent. The instruction says to give it 2-3 days to expand to the original size after getting it out of the vacuum bag. But I started to lie on it 3 hours after opening. Very very comfortable. Exactly the level of support and softness that I wanted. I use it as a back support when I play with my phone before sleep, and I also use it as a pillow for the afternoon naps.

This pillow is a good size and in a nice neutral gray color, but is not a true ‘wedge’ pillow, only wedge-shaped, and filled with bits of foam pieces. It comes shipped in a vacuum sealed bag so it is very flat and the instructions are to ‘fluff’ it up to the desired shape, but it doesn’t ever become like a true wedge pillow, only squishy and unsupportive. Debating whether to return it or maybe I will buy a wedge-shaped piece of memory foam to put inside the cover.

This backrest looked nice and seemed to be well-made, but one buys a backrest to support one's back when sitting in bed, right? This was way too soft for that purpose. If they had stuffed it more, or perhaps used a firmer material for the stuffing, it might have served its purpose, but they didn't, and so it didn't. Returned.
