Since it's only March , we've only taken this to the pool once but I like it so far! The balls all float at the pool and are comfortable to throw and hold. The flat one should be able to skim across water once we work on our technique. The round ones feel solid and nice for playing catch in the water. The set comes in a box, which makes it good for gifting. Inside, there are 3 balls in a mesh bag: 2 round balls and a flat skipping ball. The balls all feel solidly made and the mesh bag is sewn with a drawstring and reinforced seams. I like the little bag a lot; other pool toys get into our beach bag then migrate to the bottom and are hard to find. With these having their own compact storage pouch I know they'll be harder to lose. The balls don't seem to absorb the water, with just a bit of water being absorbed by the outer layer which does dry day, which is also a bonus for keeping in my pool bag without getting everything else soaking wet. Fun balls to toss in the pool to keep the older kids happy. Compact space so it'll be good for travel, too.

Despite it being February, I heated up the hot tub and actually tested these in the pool. The water, by the way, is 48 degrees when not in the safety of the 100 degree hot tub, but sacrifices must be made! Good reviews require real world testing! You get a pair of balls and a disk, as well as a sack to store the balls in. You know, a ball sack. Juvenile humor out of the way (or is it?), I pulled out my balls and headed for the pool. The disk is like a skipping stone. A rubbery inside covered with a light cloth, it makes a pretty good skipper. It's small, but personally I'm not usually using large stones for skipping, and this small disk preserves the feel of throwing a stone pretty well. Besides, it's not the size... okay, okay, moving on. The balls are also pretty good for bouncing on the water. They float in my limited experimentation, and would make a good toy for bouncing across the water or throwing back and forth. All of the included items seem to be well made, and will probably be a part of our pool toys for several Summers until they get eaten by the pool skimmer, left out in the sun too long, bounced so hard that they fly into the sun, or whatever other mysterious thing eventually happens to our toys. These are pretty fun, though it's hard to say if it's worth the $13 asking price. Probably so. If you're looking for some balls to enjoy in the pool or at the beach, this is a pretty good buy.

These are small, tiny, little... you get the idea. That being said, they fit a kid's hand perfectly, so Yea! These work. They easily skip across the pool water like skipping stones, which BTW makes this a great tool to teach really young ones how to skip stones. Only diff, these float when they stop. They feel like little (there I go again) gel filled stress balls with a cloth covering. Overall, these are a good addition to our pool toy collection and will get some good use this year. My boyfriend loves these types of water balls so when I saw them, it was a no brainer. These ones seem like they are good quality and I like that they come with a travel bag because we always lose the ones we have bought in the past. I have not had a chance to use them in the water yet, but I am excited to try out the disc shaped one since that is new to us. I will update once we get them out on the water this summer.

My kids seem to really like these both in the bath or pool but also just to throw around. They're satisfyingly squishy. We haven't really figured out the disk one yet... do you skip it like a stone? But this could be our coordination as much as anything else. Good item for a beach trip or pool party.

We love these at the lake. The throw great and don’t soak up the water. Other toys have to be squeezed out regularly and get gross with lake water. The disk is my favorite. I wish they sold a three pack of those. They all skip on water, but that it most fun.

These are small and packed very nicely in a little mesh bag. They will drey easily hung up in the bag. We got these for an upcoming beach trip where space is limited. I am looking forward to using them.
