It arrived rolled up tight in a bag wrapped with packing tape. I was concerned I would cut the fabric just trying to get it out of the packaging. It is soooo wrinkled. Product itself is cheaply made, wasn’t expecting sunbrella quality, but the fabric is very silky but doesn’t seem water resistant at all. Padding is barely there. The media could not be loaded. It's listed as 4 or 5 inches deep. Nope. Maybe a half inch. It's horrible and wrinkly. I've let it sit for hours and it's still flat and wrinkly. Now how easy is this going to be to flatten and put back in the tiny box it came in?

The quality couldn’t be worst. Also, the size is different than the dimensions they provide. The color is also a different tone than the one shown in the picture. Plus, the item is defective. And now I have to go and return it to the vendor to get the money back. Look for different options because I think I have never seen a worst cushion than this one. It was supposed to be green the one at the picture, and a little bit bigger than my bench....it is shorter and you can see the color.... ... show more
