I did not have a chance to put this fabric to use until late October, or early November. I made a canopy for my outdoor swing, and a seat cushion as well. The swing is in the afternoon sun. At first the black looked very good, but yesterday I noticed that the fabric now appears to be a dark purple rather than black it is supposed to be.

I made a topper for my new clothes washer and dryer so that they would not get scratched from laying object on top of them. The fabric is water proof which I wanted to lay out wet clothing to dry if I needed to - which I do with almost every wash. I also lined mine with a layer of batting to give it some cushioning. The fabric is a bit stiff but still thin enough to sew with my regular sewing machine but the stiffness gives it a wrinkle free effect. This fabric is exactly what I was looking for when I found it on Amazon. It did take longer to be delivered than most Amazon packages but I wasn't in any hurry so it didn't really matter. I would recommend this fabric for any such water proof need and it comes in many colors to pick from.

I wanted to cover some outdoor cushions for my deck but this is nothing like the photo, it is an awful fluorescent orange, stiff, and hideous, feels like plastic almost. It looks and feels like safety vest material. Super disappointed.

I've worked with a lot of canvas and waterproof canvas and this is by far the stiffest. Shows every wrinkle. Would not recommend for cushion covers although I see a lot of folks say it's fine.
