These are so fun and cute to have hanging on my porch! There are many different light functions, a remote, and a timer for easy on and off! The media could not be loaded. Great for our Hocus Pocus theme Halloween! We have been getting compliments on these hats. Batteries not included. Hats and fairy lights are assembled, just install batteries and hang them. Quality of the hats are way better than other amazon witch hats (multi color hats I bought and returned after finding these) chose different light settings. If you happen to purchase more than 2 sets of hats you can use one remote to change settings and turn on and off the lights
