Easy set up except for the sorry tiny plastic stakes. I used my own steel camping stakes. The only real issue is that the wind blew for a day and the seams at the bottom near the stakes started ripping. It’s very cute and tall but it will not stand up on its own. Every single day I have to go stand him up. Even when wind is not blowing he is on his back. My other blow ups don’t have this problem.
