    • Wowkk Tub Filler Great Value
Set name: Brushed Nickel
Arrived promptly & well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Tub filler is a great value using quality materials judging by appearance and the weight. Supply lines enclosed were to long for my application calling the number enclosed requesting a shorter length. Promptly answered my phone call & will be sending new supply lines. Installation instructions are clear and easy to understand. ... show more

    • Great customer service!
Set name: Brushed Gold
I couldn't be happier with this faucet! The quality exceeded my expectations, it is beautiful, well-made, and feels very heavy-duty. It instantly elevated the look of our new tub and looks much more expensive than it actually is. What really sets this company apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. I called to ask if it would be possible to get shorter water supply lines for my installation, and they immediately helped me out at no additional cost. The representative was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It's rare to find a company that delivers both a high-quality product and exceptional customer support. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a beautiful, durable fixture backed by a company that truly cares about its customers. ... show more

    • Great Customer Service
Set name: Black
I received the pedestal tub filler and was very impressed by the quality of the item! The water lines were a little too long but upon calling the number on the package, a lady picked up and immediately was able to get the correct size water lines to me. I was very happy with this purchase!

    • Beautiful and Sturdy
Set name: Brushed Nickel
This Wowkk Freestanding Bathtub faucet is beautiful and accurately matches the description of the product. It came well packaged (even my husband was impressed) to protect it during shipping. I love it! It looks stunning in our bathroom, and I would buy it again if I needed another one. Several other reviews that I had read prior to purchasing this faucet were correct about two things (it would have been a 5-star except for these items): the professional plumbers even had trouble installing it because the water lines barely fit into the upright canister. My husband said you just can't install this if you are not a plumber. Second, the little shower head that comes with it does drip after you turn off the faucet, so you have to make sure not to hang it up right away or it will drip on the floor. Overall, love the product! ... show more
