Such a disappointment. I know it was cheap, but they made some big promises in the item description, so I was hopeful. It installs just fine, and runs well until you out the clothes in the bucket. The clothing gets caught in the twisting part of them unit. I was only washing some delicates, barely enough to fill a grocery bag. But the spin of the unit pulls the clothing against the unit. Once that happens, it doesn’t spin freely. I’d have to keep a hand in the bucket the entire time for it to work effectively. Ended up returning it.

I thought this worked well, however it only works well for really small loads. I use it to wash my face masks and it does a great job.

I honestly feel like I wasted my money because when I try to use it in my sink it didn't really do anything it has a spinning cycle and then it vibrates and it makes a little whirlpool but I had to use my tub with a little bit of water for it to kind of work because it was not working in a sink because that's what I bought it for and to me it really does not like work like a washing machine I feel like it basically this section in the spinning is not powerful enough to really wash your clothes or at least spin your clothes at all you would need to have four of these working at the same time for it to do something

I like this agitators but it will not stay stuck to the container. I’ve tried the bottom and the sides. I’ve tried many different containers. The suction cups are just not strong enough. The agitator comes loose and and the cord gets horribly twisted. I do like it and just have to check on it a lot and readjust and re stick it.

I purchased this product because my apartment doesn't have in-unit laundry. From the first time I used it, it never started spinning immediately as it was supposed to. Instead, there were a few seconds of it just vibrating and making a ton of noise. Then, it would start spinning and alternate directions every so often to agitate the water (which is what it's supposed to do). HOWEVER, it only functioned properly for about two minutes before the motor would stop spinning the top attachment, and it would go back to making that loud vibrating sound until I would unplug it, then plug it back in, and go through the whole process all over again multiple times. So, really, it was just way more trouble than it was worth. Also, after maybe two months of attempted to make it work, the motor just completely stopped spinning the top attachment altogether. And now it's completely useless. I still love the concept of the tool, so if anyone can recommend something that actually works, let me know!

It hasn’t completely stopped working yet, but every two minutes it freezes and makes a loud buzzing noise. I have to constantly unplug it and plug it back in to get it running again, which is extremely annoying. It seems like these companies don’t thoroughly check the quality control of these mini washers to ensure there aren’t any malfunctions before putting them on the market.

I use reusable pads and wanted a more efficient way of cleaning them. This was PERFECT! Cleaned my pads so well I questioned if I'd ever had them so clean. If you use it as instructed, only a FEW, SMALL items at a time, it works like a regular washing machine. The first load, I had to remove one item because it was one too many for the current but, once removed, it ran smooth. Uses less water and is better at getting deep stains than hand-washing the items. JUST WHAT I NEEDED!

Very weak , the motor gave out with just a small hand towel , it didn't last a day! Believe the ones that say its weak because its 100 percent true. I normally dont pay the negative reviews any mind but with this one they are most definitely true , the idea of it is most definitely a great idea but I feel if it only rotated in a back and forward motion constantly it wouldn't die so easily because by it doing a full turn its pulling things towards part that spins an causing a lot of stress on the motor. The person that left a video review showing them washing face mask you can see them constantly having to pull them back every time to keep them from pulling to close to the part that spins. It didn't last a day for me , I give it two thumbs down!
