Great bag that fits a lot of items. I can carry my work laptop, mouse, wallet, 2 planners, water bottle, coffee mug, and a small pencil pouch. The bag is big and wide enough to be able to organize everything inside. The color is great and the bag is very soft. I do struggle with the shoulder strap sliding down due to the material and I have to keep fixing it. The bag is also very easy to get dirty on the outside due to the fabric but also very easy to clean off. The zipper is of good quality but I put the bag on my left shoulder and opening for the zipper is on the left side of the bag causing me to take the bag down to open the zipper and put something inside the bag. ... show more

I really love this bag. It’s the perfect size for what I need in a work bag. Over the past year, I’ve had a hard time finding something that’s both comfortable to wear and actually fits all my things without being too bulky or too flimsy. Most bags I’ve tried were either too big, too small, lost their shape, or just didn’t have the right structure. This one just works. It has enough compartments to keep things organized but not so many that I forget where I put things. I carry a 13” MacBook, iPad, a tech case (with headphones, charger, mouse, etc.), 40oz water bottle, notebook, pouches for stationery and cosmetics, plus my wallet, sunglasses etc. and everything fits sooo comfortably. The thing I appreciate most is that it doesn’t topple over when I set it down, which has always been a problem with past bags. Even with everything packed in, it still feels good on my shoulder. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks now and it’s honestly been great. The drawstring also lets you cinch the top for a more styled look, which is a nice touch. ... show more

The first bag I received was totally different from the picture and description, not a puffer but a hard canvas with stiff straps - and ugly. On re-order I received a bag that looked like the picture, but the measurements were for the Large size, not the Medium I had ordered. I need the smaller size to meet my airline's personal item requirements. It's a beautiful bag and meets my travel needs in all aspects except the critical one - size - so I have to return it and I'm afraid to try again to get what I've ordered and need!
