I received the package and the box had 2 corners pushed inward. When I opened the package the glass for the frame was broken into many small shards. I don't know who's to blame for me receiving this frame in this condition. I wish I could give this a minus 1 star.

Waited for ever for the frame to get here. When we received it the glass was broken in many pieces. Was going to send it back but wasn't worth the effort. We just replaced the glass and the frame was not worth the money.

I am very impressed and grateful for how wonderfully well this was packaged. Lots of bubble wrap and cardboard. It arrived in mint condition. The only problem with it is that I don't know how to get the back off. The do-hickies on the back are different from the store frames. They aren't cheap little staples. I don't know how to release the back so can't place my diamond painting. But the frame is excellent. The gold is beautiful. I am totally grateful for this product and thrilled with my purchase. UPDATE: I got the back off the put my diamond painting in it and it's beautiful! The picture is of Jesus at the Heavenly gates and the gold of the frame looks wonderful with the gold of the gates.
