    • Assembly direction not clear
I have had this desk a week now . Here's the Good... motor is quite . It works so far ..solid like a tank The bad... assembly directions are confusing . There is a step in the middle where you need to put the battery holder on top of meatel brace before you screw the top on . The three wooden pegs go inbetween the 2 halfs of desk and from the beginning make sure that the control mount that makes it go up down is on the same side of motor . The top is wafer wood so if you have to go back and remove top 2x the screws will strip out . I will admit I get confused and turned around easy but this was frustrating. Also the edge of the desk is sharp it will dig into your arm if you lean like I do. So it's a great desk for the price but if I did it over I would order just the legs and motor and make my own solid top .Personally I hate wafer wood but for under $200 it will work . O, and I have really enjoyed this week standing at work. Good luck all you new W@H agents . ... show more

I don't often give full 5 star reviews. It came early. It came in great shape. Had an unfortunate ding, but that happens with furniture, a sharpie fixed that. If anyone thinks the assembling instructions are sub-standard, they haven't assembled many things. The instructions were perfect. I got ahead of myself and skipped steps and had to redo stuff, but not because the instructions were lacking. They were spot on. Zero issues with the instructions. Well done and fully easily understandable. All the hardware was there - with spares. Everything fit and matched perfectly. This is a quality product. It works perfectly, easy to assemble. I recommend it. I'm not disappointed at all. Pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembling and quality. It works perfectly. For the price, this is a great product. I recently had back surgery, and was looking for a sit/stand solution. This one was very affordable, and I didn't have the greatest expectations, but I am very pleased! Assembly was simple, but as others have stated, there were a couple of minor misses in the instructions. check everything twice before you screw in the surface boards, because you don't want to redo them more than necessary. Make sure you have them the right direction for installing the height adjustment module, and also install the battery holder under the top bar before attaching the surface. These are not mentioned in the directions. Other than that, I love the final product. I had a few minor issues, but the company I bought from was very quick to address. ... show more

1st of all if you expect a perfect $700, $900 desk then go buy that, for $209.99 + $29.99 shipping as of Jan 2022, this is perfect, i just installed it but looks solid, i guess time will tell how long it lasts but build quality is good, the table top is 2 parts front and rear but looks solid enough its not thin. Motor works great and instructions are easy just look at the steps and the pictures to make sure you have it right. 1 little thing is mine came with a very very small chip, im not that picky to return it for that and can live with it, overall this is great. ... show more

    • Electronic components crapped out in a few months
No problems with the desk itself however the control module that controls the height of the desk crapped out in less than a year and now I have a regular desk. Contacted the manufacturer via email but no response. I would pay for another control module to avoid getting another desk (second time this has happened with another similar desk from a different manufacturer) but since they won't contact me there is nothing I can do. Fine desk if you never need to use it or are ok with only getting a few months of use out of it. ... show more

EDITED TO ADD: It's been 7 months now since I got this and I still stand by every word! This has held up great, still goes up and down perfectly, and I've never had an issue with it. I highly recommend it. Great desk, exactly as advertised, and great price. Clear instructions to put it together, it definitely helps to have another person to help assemble it. The motor isn't loud, it goes up and down smoothly and fairly quickly. It's nice being able to program in the heights I like. Overall very happy with this purchase! ... show more

This desk looks exactly like the pictures and comes in manageable packaging. It is easy to assemble and works great! The up and down movement is smooth and pretty soft.

Instructions were very simple and it seems like a sturdy desk so far. The memory function is not working and I've reset it many times. I can't save my height preferences which is very frustrating. Also, the desk arrived damaged. I would recommend packing it better. UPS just doesn't care.
