To be fair I didn’t purchase the stand that comes with the battery packs included I bought different battery packs and maybe that’s why it seems the battery packs doesn’t go all the way “down” or the charging port isn’t fully connected. I tried charging just the battery pack and the light flashes from Red to Green so I’m not sure if it’s charging that way either.

Perhaps this is colored a bit by the fact that a return is not workable for me at this point, so I just ate the full cost of a piece of junk that doesn't function as a cooling system or charging station, but it flashes pretty lights and looks "fancy". The fans are non-functional, the charging doesn't work, and yes, I did check if it was something else. No, it was not. Potential Buyers BEWARE: It's not even worth a nickel, let alone what they are charging and the shipping fees. You'd have better luck cooling your system down by buying a cheap dollar-store battery operated fan and having it blow on the side of your machine.
