To be fair I didn’t purchase the stand that comes with the battery packs included I bought different battery packs and maybe that’s why it seems the battery packs doesn’t go all the way “down” or the charging port isn’t fully connected. I tried charging just the battery pack and the light flashes from Red to Green so I’m not sure if it’s charging that way either. ... show more

Everything was great till I tried to charge my controllers. It's supposed to turn red until it's done charging. Unfortunately neither chargers stay red. They say the controllers are charged when they are not.
