So I ordered this and the straight pipe and the front muffler and installed them in 2 hours. You will need 3- 2 1/4 exhaust clamps. You will also need a cut-off wheel or a reciprocating saw to remove the old exhaust components as the two mufflers are welded to the straight pipe between them. Also the clamp on the front muffler must be cut off as it is also welded together during the manufacturing process. If you are even mildly handy then this will not be a problem. Just make sure to orient the mufflers in their correct positions and this goes together easily. If any of the piece come a little out of round just use as a ball peen hammer or some vice grips to fix them up. Good luck and if all else fails.....Youtube it. Deuce

Exhaust tip pipe is not made for a 2016 model year Terrain with a bumper cut out on the driver's side for the exhaust tip. This muffler will fit however, but you will have to do some reworking of the exhaust tip for it to look correct. I knew this ahead of time and am handy with a welder, so it didn't bother me. This muffler is specifically for earlier models that did not have the bumper cutouts, so if that's what you have, it will fit perfectly without any cutting or welding. Overall, it's excellent quality and easy to install yourself with one new exhaust clamp. Satisfied with the purchase.

I bought the muffler, intermediate pipe and resonator for my Equinox and they all fit great. Installation was a breeze. The factory system is all one unit and weighs a lot and is very awkward to get installed without a hoist and a friend, but this 3 piece system is easily installed by one person with a floor jack and jackstand for backup, and is very quiet, a quite a bit cheaper than the factory unit from a dealer. I live on a gravel road and opted to install stainless muffler clamps, I didn't want them to rust through .

When I found out I needed to replace part of my exhaust system I got scared. I knew it would be kind of expensive but I was lucky enough to find this here. Such a better deal compared to Advanced Auto Parts and AutoZone plus with Amazon Prime I got it in 2 days. My friend who installed it for me on my 2011 GMC Terrain said it was an easy install.

I replaced everything from the cat back. Fit perfectly. Muffler was a little beat up from shipping, but thatโs not a manufacturer problem. One note- buy exhaust hanger pliers if you donโt have a set. Your knuckles will thank you
