I purchased this for my 2006 4Runner Sport with a special exhaust package that was dealer installed. I wasn't able to find the Toyota part so I bought this just by eyeballing it and it fits well and seems to be working well. It's been in place for a couple of months now with no issues.

One Star for 3.4l 1st Gen Tacoma
Because it is not anywhere near the correct size, and stated as does fit even on other auto parts store websites. it gets 1 star. Otherwise it looks like a nice little, and I mean little three (3 ) hole rubber mount. Keep in mind that it is 1/2 the thickness of OEM so it is probably less than 1/2 as strong. More importantly it is 1/2 the height needed between the two (2) top holes and the one (1) at the bottom (where the exhaust tip is). Meaning, on a 2002 Toyota Tacoma Pre runner which has the springs above the axle. If you were even able to get this thing in place the exhaust pipe would be pressing up beneath the leaf spring. In direct contact with strong enough force to saw through the exhaust pipe with every movement of the leaf spring.
