I did a full stainless exhaust kit on my 2006 Ram 3500, and these are very easy to install. Slip them over and tighten them with a 14mm. They grip the pipe and hold everything securely without leaking

Used these on my TSP longtubes and catted midpipes, 4th gen Ram 5.7 Hemi. 3” midpipes. All the connections are lap joints on mine. TSP supplied narrow bands and I was fighting a few leaks. Of the 3 leaks, these sealed up 2. I used these due to the leaks being at one collector and at both cats. These provide some serious clamping force thanks to my 1/2” impact :) I still have a slight leak at the collector on cold start that I am just going to weld and be done with it. ... show more

I've used these twice now to repair damaged exhaust pipes. The item is well made and high-quality. The stainless "wrap" portion is light enough to be flexible, but is still strong enough to do its job. I believe the fasteners are also stainless steel & the other parts appear to be machined aluminum, so rust shouldn't be much of a concern. As long as you match the size of your exhaust pipe to the size of the clamp, it really holds it together well. I would definitely recommend this product. Perfect for when someone tried to steal your catalytic converter, but only cut partway through the pipe... ... show more

Used this on my 2007 dodge ram. Muffler pipe broke about 6” in front of the muffler. Clamp is made well, put it over the pipe and cranked the bolts down super tight. The clamp is strong. There was a gap in the bottom of the clamp, exhaust was leaking out and making a noise. I cranked down the bolts more and closed the gap pulling the clamp completely closed. ... show more
