Brackets feel sturdy and are holding up well so far. I installed mine in a bit of an unusual way due to the shape of the room, but they don't seem to mind. Mine shipped without the hardware, but after I contacted the company they had a new set shipped out to me pronto.

This product looks like it will be fine in the long term now I have installed it, but getting it onto the wall was a real pain and required parts that weren't included. The main issues: - The wall plugs they provide are very thin and cheap, and if you drill the hole in the wall with an 8mm drillbit as per the instructions, the plugs will slide right through the hole and get lost in your wall. The plugs are also so thin that screws can slide in and out without biting, so they are basically useless. - The instructions for wall mounting indicate you need 6 washers, but only 4 are provided. You can definitely install this with 4, but 6 would be better. - The screws provided are extremely cheap and in my case already looked like they'd been partly stripped. I have not been able to get two of them all the way into the wall since the screw head became stripped so quickly, even though I was only using a manual screwdriver. I would not buy this product again, even though it's pretty reasonably priced and have real concerns about getting it off the wall when I have to move. ... show more
