I had the initial thought of displaying some figures and little knick knacks on these shelvings. Bought 2 pairs, but with my 43in, it’ll only fit 3 comfortably. Have yet to fully use them, right now it’s just holding up more of whatever junk befalls on them, not sure it the one long shelf I saw before I made the jump on this would’ve have been better or worse. Sturdy enough, but most likely could still break/chip if hitting hard ground. Sure it may seem like a cleaner design if it was just one shelf, but having 3 gives more contact points with the tv and if one ever fails, it’ll be just the one shelf and all 3 as opposed to one super long shelf. I do wish that the locking mechanism was more synchronized, they are left and right, locking independently of each other, so it maybe be somewhat difficult leveling it out lengthwise of the tv and the incline or lack thereof resting on the back of the tv. ... show more

It has improved the unpleasant tv black area. I keep a small bouquet and figurine on it. ie a little pumpkin now. Surprisingly stable.

Added double-stick gel to the base of each feet to prevent slipping. I feel confident that they could take more than 13 pounds if I added super glue in the teeth, but it's not necessary. Incredibly handy. Put my speakers ontop

I have one on my computer monitor and the shelf stays in place even when I move the monitor (it's on an arm). The other is on top of my tv and is a great place to put a remote or display items.
